Paul Carlin, the owner of Long Beard Brewing was NOT swindled by Ray Barton. Carlin was a willing scam partner of Barton. Barton needed a vehicle to cash in his GVSI death spiral convertible debt. Barton & Carlin used Carlin's beer brewery business & took the company public. Barton then converted some, but not all of his death spiral convertible debt into common shares & dumped billions of converted shares in the open market that caused mass dilution & collapsed the share price to zero bid wiping out all GVSI shareholder value. Carlin was paid big time money as Barton's swindle partner. Shortly after GVSI went to zero bid, the despicable Carlin withdrew the brewery business from GVSI, leaving GVSI as an empty shell while at the same time Carlin raised capital to fund the brewery business as a private company. The Paul Carlin/Ray Barton swindle team scammed all GVSI shareholders & stole their money.
