On July 11th the common authorized share count was reduced to 500 million. They can alter the authorized share count at any time however. The further PROPOSED reduction to 100 million shares has not been recorded yet by the Colorado SOS. If you notice the authorized count for SIGO in August of 2016 was 500 million.
