What Makes You Think They Gave Away The Store For $0.40? How Do You Know That It Wasn't Equivalent To $0.30?... Or $0.20?... Or Even $0.10 ???

Just Because Cooltech Will Pony-Up 2.5M Shrs At $0.40 To Pay For The Merger Fees, Does Not Mean That It Has Anything To Do With The Actual Value Of The Deal Itself.

However, I Can See How They May Want To Give That Impression, Until The Real Deal Is Fully Disclosed. You Know... They Deliberately Throw Out A Number That Is Only Semi-Related, But Has Nothing To Do With The Actual Deal tself, Just To Temporarily Lead People Into A Wrong Direction Or Assumption.
