I am going to "call my shot" here. I have no faith in human nature. We are less than a week away from August 3rd. The "settlement", if it is close enough to allow filing of that as fact on August 3, 2017, is already known, today, by scores of people. Based on my premise about human nature (greedy and unethical behavior) I have concluded that the August 3rd filing will either request another stay or request for the appeal to continue. Otherwise, at this late date, the PPS would not be simmering at 8 cents a share. Some, with knowledge of a consummated settlement (or their family members, or their neighbors, or their garbage collector, or, or ...) would be snatching up these shares.

That is my "call", I hope I am wrong. But this is more of a test of the human condition than my acumen. Again, that outcome should not cause people to run for the hills, -- it does not change the ultimate outcome at all; only its timing. That said, if there is too much dumping, out of ignorance in my opinion, I will be interested in increasing my position if the PPS falls to the appropriate level.
