They could have four business days after ALL the issues are formally resolved to report in a Form 8-K. Perhaps we will find out next week that a settlement is in the process of "finalization", which could take weeks (months?) to achieve and that would give them a lot of "wiggle time". Perhaps we will learn that another request for a stay has been filed, and perhaps we will learn that settlement discussions have "broken down" and the appeal is to move forward. All of these "perhaps"s would be reason for PEIX not dealing with this yet.

One "perhaps" we will NOT encounter -- perhaps C&C were idiots for exchanging many millions in fees for 15% of nothing. In other words, nothing we see, hear, and read next week changes the ultimate outcome here -- only the timetable.
