Thanks. Great to see the quarterly financial report.

We can now calculate a book value for PIOE stock which is now approximately $.10/share. Could have done this before, but now that the numbers are officially reported, this is a firm number. Of course, this does not give any value to either the patents or the NOL's.

The shareholder letter acknowledges, I know many of you are anxiously looking for an announcement from the company regarding our
IP monetization and/or acquisition activities.

The only disappointment I find is the following statement: we have been active in both of these objectives and we look forward to updating you on our progress in future quarters. To me, this statement makes it sound like progress on an acquisition can still take many more months. Bottom line is, it could take many more months for PIOE stock price to appreciate significantly from current levels. Just my interpretation.
