The agreement for 227 Mil was done on Dec 23, 2016 and now they say its 80% complete. It took them 290 days to complete 80%, so it makes sense that it will take another 75 days to compete the 100%. In other words, DO NOT BUY NOW and wait another 70-75 days before getting in.
OF course, that Greek crook may enter into another agreement, more RS and RINSE AND REPEAT.
