LMAO!!! The idea that somehow Roche was blindsided by RVUE not being able to pay back the bridge loans and is unaware of the immense financial value of a clean shell w/ a $15 million NOL is upsurd. Oh yeah, he also spent a ton of cash buying a majority shareholder position only to turnaround and make those shares worthless....seems legit...Those Aztec brain surgeries aren't as effective as they claim apparently...LOL
