My concern is that I've seen small float stocks with "surprise" news go asymtotic to levels completely unjustified by the news. HMNY last October comes to mind. HTGM in March is the more recent one that made me sick. I sold on the news when it went from $2 to $4. The next day it went from $4 to ... $14. Obviously, I would have much rather gotten Day 2's price for my shares. So that's my concern with PIOE - What might happen beyond all reason on Day Two?
