I assume Nowak488 can now see that this vote, like ALL shareholder votes have a deadline of receipt, rather than postmark. As far as Nowak488's comment about "most legal things" (whatever that means) using postmark dates, I have no idea what your other references are, but all shareholder votes counted by receipt date.

Not only is what you suggest not true, but it is totally impractical. How many days or week should the ballots wait before being counted? Some mail could take 3 days, 5 days, 2 weeks.
