The recent 8k must be wrong when it says "appointed Mr. Gary Smith as a director of the Company" and then signed by CEO. Maybe he wil be appointed CEO but at this point its speculation.
Keep reading the 8k and you will find out why he is there.
Lying? Nothing to lie about. Information regarding the retention of employees is correct. The company kept a few programmers for updates and apparently banning people.
