LIEG survived 11 years just fine without any money... one more year now ain't gonna' kill us said the free-falling company with no pulse. Can't kill something that's already dead. Although lingering around at 2 pennies Lieg does exhibit a zombie-like presence.

As far as Bearing having a secret black book full of cash-rich investors, try and name just one of those turds that have invested in NewCo, LIEG, or BRGRF in big numbers during the last 8 months. Why would they before the aquisition is final? Tell me you don't put cash in investments prior to owning them?

Again, what's your/Lieg's plan to fund construction? I thought so...
