Bottom line here is oil is slowly coming back but it is still in the 40's.We have had buying taking place but the buyers have been smart as we have a couple of sellers out there so the buyers have been taking what they give them.If the sellers got smart they would move higher and make then pay more..
It is clear here that the majority of this stock is tightly held only a small amount being traded,in my opinion when we do get good news this will trade up quickly.good luck to the positive LONGS
