From an email I sent to their investor relations:

Q3 results will be released by end of July, an exact date has yet to be determined.
Our expectation is to have our organic re-certification in approximately 3-6 months. The re-certification process with our organic certification body will allow us to produce both organic and non-organic product in the same facility, and this is the approximate timeline we’ve been provided.
It is important to note that we will continue to grow, using our same practices, which would include a organic methodology, as well as mineral growing practices; however, we will not be labeling specific product as Organic until the certification is renewed. Within the last several months, seven Company-wide initiative have been implemented, including the Certificate of Analysis of product provided to registered clients which has been very well received.
