Sure, a very high share price for a liquid stock gives a company more financing options.

For NNVC, that would mean accomplishing milestones that would elicit all of these effects:

1) Dramatically increase share price

2) Dramatically increase liquidity

3) Maintain the dramatically increased share price and liquidity over a meaningful period of time.

This would take something like a successful Phase-III trial with a revenue stream imminently coming online.

Another PR about Moffat's results, or announcing they can finally synthesize sufficient quantities to begin testing their shit after 13yrs of floundering, is just typical microCrap fodder, at best sufficient to create a short-live and minor blip in share price and liquidity.
