Well my dentist Brother-in-Law gave this report:

Hi Jim.
I am not at all familiar with the DNA device. I am familiar with more conventional mandibular advancement devises FDA approved to treat obstructive sleep apnea and snoring. I have found those to work very well. As far as modifying/correcting the airway opening with the use of an appliance, I am ignorant. The website is not very helpful as far as understanding how this works. I’d be happy to put you in touch with Tom Armstrong if you’re interested in talking to him.

-Anyway that's what I learned. Not much. I will contact Dr. Armstrong who IS listed as a VIVOS provider and see what I can learn from him.
