It does not meet the definition of class one drug and the SCOTUS will side that way when pushed but no one will take it up to start the process.

As for VGID it is one small part of the group that has potential for success as Buzzy's background in in drinks distribution so he can help them as he has himself and Fernhill etc. I wouldnt really asses VGID as a MJ stock or "play" certainly not until we see some numbers and understand how big of a slice of the VGID business is based on this CBD drink.
