I spoke to Jack Rein today he said they are hoping to drop a PR sometime this week. They are just waiting for something and if that is completed they can drop the news. Apparently don't expect 2nd quarter to be tooo great like 1st quarter but they are improving. They still have some big things in the pipeline. Those are what info he provided me.
