Just a quick reply for now: Live, local channels is one, and a major, differentiation. Another is quality of picture. A third may be ability to offer lower costs due to the technology used. Another might be much lower marketing expenses since ISPs may do that for CCLX. Another might be the data mining they intend to do - far more valuable data than what Nielson offers. Lastly, unlike a Netflix or Amazon that have limited selection, CCLX will be more like a cable company that offers TV, movies, local, live - a true cord cutting alternative that could appeal to the same and much larger group of folks that pay for cable.

Put it all together and you have something that blows the wanna-be's away.
