Count Monte Cristo, with WSRA, please understand...

I have not been here in WSRA as long as you from my guess, but from researching the OTC Markets website/database, I didn't see any news explaining such regarding what was indicated within their filings which can be confirmed from the link below:

Only a guess, but regardless to any previous funding, I believe that it is substantial funding that is needed to graduate WSRA to the next few levels. I'm here going long simply in hoping that they truly do have some plans to move forward. I'm not understanding why the animosity.
