Thanks, I'm doing well. I stopped trading for a couple of years but now I'm getting back into it and learning and relearning all I can. Obviously staying away from the shipping plays at the moment.

However, been watching FRZT for a little bit but waiting for the downturn to end. Seems to have made a turn.
It sounds like you suggest waiting til it crosses the EMA 8 to make a play? Is that correct?
