The last 10K (T) was released on Aug.4, 2016. It was a transition report showing consolidated revenue (as well as separate revenue). One could speculate that HPTG (Pro-Star) will release an earnings report this August, showing the revenue/earnings for Pro-Star only this time, as Hydro-Phi operations were disposed of (Per 8K 01/03/2017).
Perhaps some investors are speculating that HPTG will release that report soon and are loading up for that disclosure. If that speculation is correct, we could be only a couple of weeks away from getting some news from the company. Seems there has been a bit of buying on the ASK and latest BID has been about .002.
Time will tell. Seems logical that the company had some untangling to do with the disposal of Hydro-Phi and perhaps some problems sorting out financials for the financial reports due.
We'll see. Would be nice to see this company become more responsible to the SEC and the share holders.
