SURGE DOES NOT APPEAR TO BE AN ORDINARY PUMP AND DUMP

Looking at the data at one minute intervals suggest with good probability that this was institutional buying, likely a small hedge fund. The volume of the trades was large relative to pump and dumps of the past.

Something is going on. Gene may not have the final laugh, but he will have a good one now, at the expense of the shorts.

Do not misunderestimate this guy.
