The manipulators like to con the ignorant with mysterious "naked shorting" conspiracy theories. A naked short is a "failure to deliver". It occurs when shares are shorted without first identifying the shares to be "borrowed". There are some stocks that fall victim to naked shorting. They are identified on the Reg SHO Threshold List. SENY does not appear on the Reg SHO Threshold List. This tells us that there is no significant naked shorting going on with this stock.

As far as ways to get around margin requirements... name just ONE. Please identify any broker that is going to allow someone to short a one penny stock without freezing a HUGE amount of cash or charging a HUGE amount in margin fees.

Educate yourself. These concepts are easily learned and understood. Don't fall victim to the tricks of the sleazy manipulators. There is simply no "regular" or "naked" shorting going on here... period.
