And to your point reading filings and NEWC is 2 years late, I get that.

I get email alerts from SEC about companies that have been suspended. Some of them have been less delinquent than NEWC is now.

My point is, there doesn't seem to be a hard and fast process on the SEC side.

If you're trying to argue that NEWC is a bad situation to be in, and not a good investmentn, my answer is no sh!t lol. You have a firm grasp on the obvious there my friend!
