Here's what I don't get...why is this guy content on making 500k and interest on the line ?

If I were him, I would clean up the books and sell out for anything above 50 cents.

Do the math...take 18 months to go from self-serving to help your shareholders and then sell off the company.

24M shares x 50 cents = 12M (which he can enjoy/invest VS. working another 18-20 years for the same with a basically worthless stock. Doesn't make sense
