Welcome to the HRRN Board! Noticed its your first message on Ihub and it's a good one. You've done your DD.

The filing you're referring to was made 01/20/2015 and it was a name reservation for FansFrenzy Development Corporation. As no articles of formation were filed within the next 90 days, it expired 04/20/2015. But it's very obvious that when FansFrenzy.com comes alive august 1st, HE-5 Resources Corp will do a name (and ticker)change to FansFrenzy Corp. (think they will skip the word development). As we know now, FansFrenzy.com is a brand of HE-5 Resources Corp and therefore doesn't need a seperate listing in Nevada. Seems they were not sure about that in january 2015.
