As it pertains to the two IPR's in this trial, here is what I believe will be played out.

Sometime in November or before a decision will be made to either deny apple of their claim or disqualify the two IPR's they brought to court. If denied, VPLM wins Apple cannot appeal the decision. If we lose, we will address it in the lawsuit. I believe a win on this decision will set a positive tone for the other five IPR's that are still pending.

Let's assume by Thanksgiving all IPR's have been denied. It's game over for all the infringers. This would be my plan of attack if I was Ray Leon.

Inform all infringers of the situation. Let them know that VPLM will hold an auction on a specified date. The starting bid will be 5 billion and VPLM reserves an amount that is not disclosed to anyone.(Around 10 billion) VPLM holds the auction and if the reserve is met, we all win! If the reserve amount is not met, the lawsuits begin.

Keep in mind if all the IPR's are denied, VPLM holds all the cards. Infringers will not want risk losing in court. Let's force an auction/ buyout with the infringers.
