I agree 100% this is a dirty shell that will never get cleaned up. 7 years of audited financials are needed.

Oh and there is that little fact that the NEW CEO was busted for fraud just like the person who had the shell prior to him. Probably wont ever complete the merger, they most likely just cut a deal to come up with a story line to dump shares.
