BTW Obviously CEPSA was impressed enough with the odds of success to proceed with the drilling in Kenya !

18.8 % !!! Only saying but did this come from CEPSA or from some ERHC hack at a meeting in Houston. Since according to the narrative ERHC management didn't know anything else why do you think they were spot on about this ?

Not to forget that 11A did encounter at least oil shows !
