No financing yet and the news this morning isn't a concrete agreement.

The market doesn't like unknowns and also a mining stock isn't exciting so it probably won't run on the potential of future agreements like stocks in the Biotech sector.

The market wants concrete agreements. It is ridiculous that we're still sitting at 0.60 CAD after all the de-risking over the last year.

Are we all missing something here that the market sees? Everyone on the board agrees the PPS should be higher but why is it not?
