My 2.5 cents worth, IMHO. IFHR MM are will move it back up to ask on 100 shares (for less than $4) every time there is a big sale. Trying to keep it price up. This is a bad sign. HOWEVER, IMHO, if I had been accumulating IFHR, and still wanted to add, I would step away and dry up all offer to force the price down. Then pick my buy price and take what I can from those shaken out.
I am still waiting for a call or email from the company to talk about fundamentals, stock structure and company's plans. It bothers me I have not heard from anyone at IFHR, but since I am willing to buy at higher prices once I know IFHR is actually going to make a real company and has the money to do so, I have no problem waiting. Very well could be a pump and dump. We'll see.
