I have asked twice about the audit with no reply so just tells me it isn't getting done and you are correct. It is AMMX who needs to draw in investors not us. I got a couple of people to invest a couple of years ago and regret it since they were in around .025. Based on the current lack of progress I would not recommend this to anyone now.

No audit update and the 3rd week of July is almost over. Is it safe to assume the audit is not happening like the ones before it?

According to AmeraMex CFO Tracie Hannick, the audited financials for year-ended 2016 are expected to be provided to the company’s security attorney by the auditors before the end of June 2017.

The Company has completed its 2014 and 2015 audited financial statements. Work has commenced on preparing a Registration Statement on Form 10 (the “Registration Statement”) to file with the United States Securities and Exchange Commission (“SEC”).
