in the past 24 hours, there's been a lot of speculation about Sessions possibly resigning.

I expect if this was to actually take place, the sector will pop on that news alone, and certain tickers will have a steady climb to attempt to reclaim previous highs.

There's a bunch of tickers that are hyped well beyond any realistic MC as it is -- those will still pop, but I seriously doubt they'll hold any subsequent gains...

...and then there are those that have since fundamentally strengthened their model, but still remain undervalued and need to reclaim some ground that was lost on the heals of the sector-wide fear and draw down.

IMO VPOR fits in the latter category, and if it coincides with contracts, numbers, and guidance -- then look out for the perfect storm!
