Looks like the repeat cycle is in full effect with really no explanation as to what supposedly was the whole problem why this didn't work before, except for it's the fault of "others" and now more shares have to be issued.
New "top" management on the way? Already had that before, called Power Brands and the "Giants in the shadows." Everything was theor fault somegow even though they supposedly wanted back im despite Darin Ezra saying he had nothing to do with them.

That was a line before used in the infamous conference call and supposedly the extra classes of shares secured only friendly lenders. Bet there's going to be lots of quality lenders looking to do business with 5 billion available shares of a deregistered stock.
Avanzar turned into "bleeding" from being 2 bites of the apple and being projected to provide millions in growth. This new cashless thing will be the new Avanzar, an excuse for more shares being needed to acquire it in search of supposed profits down the line.
Very noble for the great leader of the company who appears to be the sole member of the "management team" since Messina left to return some shares of compensation that he earned so effectively by losing tons of mpney for anyone that listened to his guidance while everything was actually falling apart. Would be nice to know where all that G&A money was going and why Avanzar's revenue died quarter by quarter from what started out to be pretty respectable. Heck, he didn't even stock the lousy hemp hot dog cart with the "fully paid for" CBsqueeze nonsene, why should he get paid?
Prepare for tons of shares to get issued untip this hits .0001 or shares max out, thrn a reverse split will occur for some fantastical thing that VitaminFizz needs to get over the hump the 4th time around or this new cashless nonsense.
