It is illegal for Frank Sassetti to answer any questions on behalf of Pacific Sands regarding sales or financials with a company that is delinquent in filing.

He can't answer questions on behalf of Michie.

It would be called insider information if he did.

Furthermore, we do not know that FS still represents Pacific Sands since the last report he was on was the 2015 10K.

Until they get current, we will never know.

Everything else is innuendo and whistling past the graveyard.

Finally, I stand corrected: the fiscal year ended June 30th - so Pacific Sands is now 2 Years DELINQUENT in filing a 10K.
