FISH -- it is usually the case that a company will raise money in conjunction with its move to a National Exchange. Although VirTra seems to meet the listing criteria without having to raise additional capital, it makes good business sense to do so at this time as the momentum should drive an accretive new issuance price. This new capital can be used to expand organically or acquire competitors or complimentary business lines -- and most importantly, a good underwriter will strategically distribute the new issue to gain a wider distribution so as to promote aftermarket buying and liquidity.
