rumor was that carter reed of Newport coach, "stole the company", and formed some kind of co-op with Midwest transit..or something to that effect.....a few months after taking over mgmt., fred and assoc went silent......probably because of legal battle to settle who owns gacr......2 years of silence....and a spike in may....2 months later another spike..5 min 10 day chart, is not consistent with a p&d......my guess is legal is resolved, and buy-out or merger coming....glta
