My guesses about the two remaining cases that impact the DCR:

Pilot case: Could have a big impact on how much remains in the DCR - I have no way to estimate how much. However I think this one wioll not win the appeal.

Breakup Case: This one is weird as they seem to be asking for the merger to be undone. If that happened I can't even imagine the carnage to the stock.

Anyone with better insights on these cases?
