There is one difference in this present situation. The company has customers! When Doug sought federal funds, c-space wasn't even close to completion. Why would the government throw money at a uncompleted 3D device? Now there are NDA's with companies to test this CHS silicon. All that investors can do is to patiently wait to see what August holds for the company.
