They are not mining for lithium. They let those rights expire worthless by not making a payment on 1/1/14 (details in the 10-K). The connection to lithium was supposed to be SonCav (separating lithium and other things from brine - they don't own the technology but have mostly non-exclusive rights to sell it in certain geographies and certain applications) but if you look at their newly revamped website they don't even mention lithium anymore anywhere - it is all about oil and gas and you know Alex Walsh is the world's expert in identifying oil and gas investments and in quickly getting the SonCav into production for oil and gas applications and coordinating a sales and service force for the resulting applications (it only took him a few weeks to fix a SonCav last time it was damaged so customers are sure to be thrilled with his servicing skills).
