I assume they have to get a good chunk of that to pay the for the foreclosure.

They dilute for financing.

Look at the sales.
MMs communicate in codes on L2 and sales.

The patterns of odd share sales is communication.
Too bad we don't know the code.

However, this is how financing happens in traded companies.
