Hey SG!!!)) Company went BK few years back. Came out of BK and left common shares, this ticker, in tact. Which is a 1 out of a 1000 occurrence or more rare even from the ones ive seen over past decades. So company decides to keep their stock in tact instead of cancelling as most do. Next months later, last month, company files a reorganization on the NV Sect of State site and AS went from 50m to 150m. Few signs there. First the reorganization. From my experience and from other DD it leads to a merger about to take place. If you search on NV SOS site for reorganization you get plan of mergers for other companies. Next sign is the AS increase from 50m to 150m. Considering the OS is 49m this only seems like a logical next step in Reverse merger process to give majority control to a new entity. My take is a RM is near and the next moves will be tell all imo. Seen it time and time again over my years. An interesting lil play here now with a great structure.

A very good shot at a nice ROI from here imo. I'm a odds and number person and this has all the makings of something special. But as always time will only tell. GL2US!))
