Here is what the PR says about a R/S.

1. There is NO SPLIT "at this time".

2. There is the flexibility to have one in the future.

3. However this is "just one of many options available to us in the future".

4. The PR does not list the "many options" available....but certainly two are a PARTNERSHIP or a BUYOUT. The PR also speaks of being "....encouraged by the industry response following the positive interim data we reported earlier this year..." This statement certainly supports the possibility of these two options.
