USAT filed an S-1 ... the major difference between an S3 and an S1 is:

The S3 trickles shares out raising money from time-to-time. The S1 vomits the shares out at once. The dilution is immediate and the PPS reacts immediately.

At the current PPS, they are adding 7 - 8 million shares to the O/S.

Let's hope they use the money wisely. I trust they will considering the previous posted financial news from today, and the impressive growth that seems to be accelerating.
