As a follow up...

The most likely reason for getting the business license updated, is to have TRII as a shell for a new Microcrap scam to buy or back flip into. Reid can file a Form 15 in front of a new pink Microcrap scam using the TRII shell to come into the market. The delinquency problem goes away for both the acquirer, and seller (Duncan-Jeffy_) of the TRII shell. Net result: Duncan-Jeffy gets the last few nickles out of TRII by selling it as a shell. TRII SHs get the final screw put to them (e.g. 10K TRII shares = 1 share of the new scam).

Ain't these Microcrap scams wonderful? LOL
