SmithSam, how are you. Speaking of going after Marilu, I got a 3 page letter from the DOJ, office of legal and victims programs, in reference to a stock I once owned, MMTE. Seems the CEO and 2 others have been convicted of tax evasion, and conspiracy to commit mail and wire fraud. The defendants fraudulently induced investors to purchase stocks issued by shell companies under the control of William Lieberman and other co-conspirators. The effect was to artificially boost the trading volume of the securities , create the appearance of liquidity, and falsely drive up the share price. I may not get 1 cent, but these dudes got caught and are headed for the big house. So not everyone gets off scott-free. Hope someone goes after this bunch-you never know.
