Two cases outstanding as I understand it. One being appealed and I don't have access to the system that shows status and the other going to summary judgement with the bankruptcy judge with all documents due to him by Aug 18th.

I think we will be lucky to see the DCR being distributed this year.

The DCR has ~25M shares so what's left for us depends on those 2 cases
