(OTC:GDSI), a company that is positioning itself as a leader in comprehensive security and technology solutions, announced, effective July 13, 2017, that the Board of Directors of the Company has dismissed the auditing firm of PMB Helin Donovan and subsequently engaged Turner Stone and Company, Dallas, TX. The Company had no issues relating to the performance of the PMB Helin Donovan audits or any disagreements with their accounting practices and decisions.
