$STRP under investigation regarding sale to Verizon. Investigation focusing on whether $STRP & its Board of Directors violated securities laws and/or breached their fiduciary duties to shareholders by (among other things): whether and by how much the proposed transaction undervalues the Company

So possibly worth more than what they sold for?
